Evidence
After all this time it is evident still that evidence submitted 12 years later is the evidence required to complete the picture. Claims and judgments were made on incomplete evidence. This evidence would likely have changed the course of history. Nothing has changed. The evidence has already been submitted. Judgements have been made. It is not for the common good to reopen the case.
