guilt
Guilty is taking responsibility for a crime committed.
A crime is defined, by the literature you read, the culture you value, the values of your culture.
Guilt is the feeling that follows the realisation of your crime.
Guilt lives in the mind and consumes your body.
Guilt is a necessary experience that leads you to reach deep inside and discover where it has penetrated. To know thyself. To accept the mind and body you have. You feel human. Humility brings compassion. Forgiveness is found.
